Mothers Love, Ahhh Mom
I have had some amazing experiences in my life, and one of the greatest experiences was living on a small horse farm, where I had cultivated the energy of safety and relaxation for the wild life in the area. Because of that energy it wasn’t long before the animals would come close and let me photograph them. In this case this doe had brought her fawns onto the farm to eat and relax throughout the spring and summer months.
This doe, lovingly and gently, licked and rubbed this fawn with her tongue, and for a while the fawn seemed to like it and then its body posture changed and it sort of hunched up as if to say, “Ahhhh mom, enough already”, but the doe kept at it.
It reminded me of the countless squirming kids who have had their mom wet a finger and then wipe dirt off their face. “Ahhhh mom”
